Apple Day

Visit our glorious orchard in Autumn. You will be able to choose from 40 varieties heritage apples and get involved in juicing this years apple harvest. Plants and vegetables will also be on sale. A fun family day out.
RHS Flower Show Wentworth Woodhouse

For the first time ever the RHS Flower Show is coming to South Yorkshire. The Wortley Walled Garden volunteers are very excited to have been asked to grow some of the plants for one of the long border show gardens. The designer is Sam Penrose @sjp_architecture His garden is called The Edimental Kitchen Classroom.
South Yorkshire Day

Join us for the annual South Yorkshire festival at Wortley hall offering a day of free family fun, entertainment and stalls set in beautiful gardens.
Blossom Day
Late spring 2026 (watch this space as the date will be decided depending on the spring weather).
The garden will be open for visitors to wander through the heritage orchard and enjoy the glorious apple blossom. Our 2025 vintage apple juice, tea and coffee will be available. (Cash only please).
